You can use whatever language or naming scheme you like for your code,
but if you want to ask for help from people you are limiting responses
to those people who can understand your language or naming scheme.
Rightly or wrongly, written English is the lingua franca of the
internet, especially in technical circles, and so writing your code in
(largely) English will allow more people to collaborate with you.
