Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)

I'm running Html file from S3 bucket in that HTML file there is AJAX call when I run/open the HTML file I am getting below error

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)
