Error: ImproperlyConfigured: The SECRET_KEY setting must not be empty

Hi,

i was trying to install django_cron using pip install django_cron,but unfortunately 

now i find a error as 

ImproperlyConfigured: The SECRET_KEY setting must not be empty

can anybody help me with this
