Hello Anant,

online communities like this will help, also browse youtube for videos in case you enjoy learning that way. lay your hands-on problems to solve, if you get stuck use StackOverflow or generally search google. 

As for the flow of learning, it is good you already started learning python, also learn HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT if you don't know them before, frameworks like bootstrap will help but learn the basics of those programming languages first.
