in your 'firstapp' urls.py you need something like this

     path('',views.index,name="index"),

]

and then in your 'firstproject' urls.py you need this 

from django.urls import path,include

urlpatterns = [

    path('admin/', admin.site.urls),

    path('', include('firstapp.urls')),

]
