We copied from the Django source files these two into:

/mysite/templates/admin/base_site.html

and

/mysite/templates/admin/index.html

and in https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.7/intro/tutorial02/#customize-the-admin-change-list

doesn't work yet.
