Are you sure that this settings file is the one that is being read? Put something ugly at the beginning of it that will raise a syntax error earlier just to check. Also check whether you have any *.pyc files left that for some reason might be being read instead of the .py. You can safely delete all *.pyc files to make sure.

Looked through it and can't find any mistakes. The error message I got was that there is an error on or before line 45 (like a missing parentheses) , but can't seem to spot anything wrong , really weird ...
