Thank you very much for your quick response.
Sorry, I am newer in this field. I was trying to install LitDB (http://www.ikmb.uni-kiel.de/litdb)
I changed the settings as what your suggestion, but not happened.

with port number 5432, it showing
 Is the server running on host "localhost" (::1) and accepting
        TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
could not connect to server: Connection refused
        Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting
        TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Is there any other settings i need to change?
