Wich OS for develop?

Hi all.

I don't have experience with django, so I have so much questions.

The questions are:

Wich OS is better to develop with django?

Windows is a bad option?

Can I use Win for develop and GNU/Linux as a server?

What IDE (atom, VS Code, vim,etc..)you use?
