If you add /rss to the end of the blip.tv url this should give you an rss feed suitable for iTunes. For example http://blip.tv/djangocon-europe-2011/rss

So far I've only seen them available on the schedule page of the EU Djangocon site and on Blip.tv. While I can certainly watch them there I prefer to have them on my hard drive for easy reference at a later date.
