Shameless plug: http://djangodeployment.com/ is the best :-)

However it doesn't treat mod_wsgi. I have explained that when deploying on Unix/Linux, there is no reason to prefer it over Gunicorn (and Apache+Gunicorn is a perfectly valid solution).
