Suitable Frontend for Django Ract

I want to know suitable frontend for Django. CURRENTLY I use bootstrap for frontend.

React or Angular  or Vuejs or any other

It should be

Easy to learn

Provide highest security 

Easily scalable 

Can create mobile App
