Getting an error: FATAL: Peer authentication failed for user "test"

Hello everyone-

So I'm completely new to Django and I'm using this tutorial:http://www.programmersbook.com/page/21/Django-Beginner-Tutorial-Part-I/. For the past two days I have the exact same error(stuck at step 7.):
