Newbee: Unable to change the date because Calender won't POP-UP as said in Tutorial

  Hello Friends,
                        I am new to the Django and right now i am doing "Writing Your First Django app" .In the tutorial , it was said "Each DateTimeField gets free JavaScript shortcuts. Dates get a "Today" shortcut and calendar popup, and
times get a "Now" shortcut and a convenient popup that lists commonly entered times." But i am not getting these Pop-up ,so i am unable to change the date .
Please Suggest Something .
