That is what the problem is when the world is in same technology(php) which is very easy
and you get paid less what is the point in making your career in that.

 I am sure if django has so much features when facebook got
 developed , facebook developers have choosen python or may be some other things. Still facebook is using python in   many instances. php doesn't stand in front of python.
