django manage.py commands not displaying

sorry my bad English

i`m working on hosting

project structure:

--myenv
--rsskg.ru
----public_html
--virtaulenv-1.9

$ cd projects.ru/public_html
$ source ~/myenv/bin/activate
$ ./manage.py
...Available subcommands:

here nothing

$ django-admin.py

Available subcommands:

[django]

...

It`s Ok
