I had a lot of problems, too. In the google groups settings google blamed me, that the mail-server
I was using is bouncing... - well - I used google mail...
Now I switched in the settings to a private mail account and most of all works fine now. Still not
everything all the time...
@Karen:
is there a view in the admin section, where you can filter posts that were never answered?
And if: can it be made public? There are a lot of peaple who might want to help - (see stackoverflow
or cempetitors...) but if one does not know...
