I've seen quite a few people now with this problem of corrupt Django installs - specifically for users who are new to Django.Perhaps someone could shed some light as to why this keeps happening.
Some (apparently popular) unzip utility on Windows (quietly) fails to extract 0-byte files. So lots of missing __init__.py files.
