Job Description:
We are looking for someone who loves to code and enjoys problem solving in a small team environment.
We are hiring a programmer to help improve our Django based websites and internal applications. You will be doing a little bit of everything in the development toolchain from coding to CI based deployment and writing tests and more. You will work with both backend development and frontend user experience.
You will be part of a small team with a high degree of autonomy over the solutions you produce. You will see your solutions used every day and work with feedback to produce polished work that you can be proud of.
The job is located in Loganville, GA.
Skills & Requirements:
We expect to see
- Experience in Python development producing reliable and testable code
- You should provide code samples from projects you have worked on (e.g. open source project contributions on Github or similar)
- Familiarity with Javascript and working with web browsers
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Familiarity with Unix flavored shell scripting
- Conceptual understanding of and familiarity with HTML and CSS
We like to see (but do not require)
- Experience with jQuery and jQuery mobile
