Maybe you can use channels to push data via websockets to your client and plot the new data points via some JS library.

Hello Everyone,
I am working on a project where I want to display/plot graphs in real-time using Django, nodejs, Socket.io, Redis. Can someone please post a tutorial on real-time application with Django?
