hey hima i got the same error and installed workon package pip but now
-- it still gives error :
(test) c:\Users\User\test\Lib\site-packages>python -m workon test
C:\Users\User\test\Scripts\python.exe: No module named workon.__main__; 'workon' is a package and cannot be directly executed
