problem with syncdb and MyQSL

I am a total noob so forgive my ignorance, but I have been going
through the Django tutorial - https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.3/intro/tutorial01/

I am at the point in the tutorial where I run the following command:

C:\Python27>python c:\python27\mysite2\manage.py syncdb
Creating tables ...
Creating table polls_poll

Can someone help?

I really appreciate it.
