I've had a look at the constance app and it meets my reqs pretty good. I'm installing it now, thank's for the feedback.

Russell thank you for the thorough answer, it did make some ideas bubble, saddly I'm not a big wheel re-inventor, at least not in django. The waste for me was to code properly such an app to be honest. (which is a shame, I know !)
