Error:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'startswith'

CODE added to settings.py:

MIGRATION_MODULES = {}
for app in INSTALLED_APPS:
    if app:
        MIGRATION_MODULES[app] = None
        print (MIGRATION_MODULES[app])
