Issue in upgrading Django-cms 3.4.2 to 3.6.0

Hi,

Please find the issue details below.

I am upgrading my website from python2.7, django1.8.17, django-cms 3.4.2 to python2.7, django1.1.21, django-cms 3.6.0

when I run python manage.py runserver

It gives me following error.

django.template.library.InvalidTemplateLibrary: Invalid template library specified. ImportError raised when trying to load 'admin_shortcuts.templatetags.admin_shortcuts_tags': No module named importlib

I am also attaching the complete error trace.

Please help.
