Yup, you can. But, you have to use multihost.py middleware. Google for django multihost :)

(we had the exact same requirement, and this is how we resolved it. Also, multihost is a billion times nicer than the sites framework that comes with Django, imho).

Can I limit only a certain domain can login into django admin?

Without running multiple django instances. Is it possible?
