odd apache issues

I'm having an odd issue when I start up my project using apache/wsgi.
The project works fine when using the development server, but when I
load it up in apache it states that mysql is
"'django.db.backends.mysql' isn't an available database backend.".

Here is my db config (edited to remove user/pass):

'ENGINE': 'django.db.backends.mysql', # Add

'NAME': 'baz', # Or path to database file
