problem with using generic views

Hi all,

I am trying to convert poll app introduced on:

https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.8/intro/tutorial01/

 to use the generic views system as described on:

https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.8/intro/tutorial04/

 However, when I  convert the URLconf  by opening  the polls/urls.py and change it like so:

from django.conf.urls import url    from . import views    urlpatterns = [      url(r'^$', views.IndexView.as_view(), name='index'),      url(r'^(?P<pk>[0-9]+)/$', views.DetailView.as_view(), name='detail'),      url(r'^(?P<pk>[0-9]+)/results/$', views.ResultsView.as_view(), name='results'),      url(r'^(?P<question_id>[0-9]+)/vote/$', views.vote, name='vote'),  ]

then reload the polls app (http://localhost:8000/polls/), I got the following error:


'module' object has no attribute 'IndexView'
