You should configure your setting.py link below

And also load your static file in home.html in Jinja formate

Run python manage.py collectstatic

This will might work for you.

My html page in not loading the css file dispite I have linked my the 2.css with my html page home.html and also in the terminal it is showing Not Found: /static/bookcollection/css/2.css and after a second or two it start showing  "GET /static/bookcollection/css/2.css HTTP/1.1" 404 2255 but than also the updated css file does not work.
