Drop down dependent of more than 2 drop downs

Hello team,

Am having trouble implementing drop down dependent on more than 2 drop downs. I successfully did for two but the 3rd one which should depend on the second does not work. Is there someone who has successfully implemented this and share with me the way I can do it?
