In need of a small help in selecting Indian states via HTML

Hi,

I've been working on a Django E-commerce website and got stuck with another problem. I have the lists of all the Indian states and want to take the selected value to my django forms. Can you suggest a way to do so? Necessary screenshots have been attached. Kindly contact if needed more.
