Which tool for editable text file uploading ?

Hello,

I'm quite new to Django.

I'm working with Django 2.2.

I would like to let my web app admin users, to be able to:

- upload some text files

- edit those files through appropriate view.

Other requirements:

- Factory Boy integration

- PostgreSQL support

I've seen these Django Packages:

django-cabinet

django-filebrowser

django-filer

Which package shall I prefer ?
