Permission Denied when Trying to delete User

Adding and changing Users works perfectly. Deleting them on the other
hand gives me a page that merely informs me "Permission Denied". I am
trying to delete the User with a username that has both staff and
superuser permission. I have set the permissions for all django files
correctly. One thing that I did do differently in the database is
setting the email as the unique identifier but otherwise the database
is a normal setup. Tell me if you need more information to help.
