I would have thought that it was you refering to the undefined
variable rollno here:

cd = form.cleaned_data
rollno = cd[rollno]
rollno = request.POST.get(rollno)

Should it not read:

cd = form.cleaned_data
rollno = cd["rollno"]
rollno = request.POST.get(rollno)
