Getting Start Django

Hello guys,
    I am newbie in Django and started learning with Standard Documentation version: 1.10.
I already Install Django 1.10 and Python 3.4 in Linux Ubuntu 15.04  But in first phage I got some problem
I type command

django-admin startproject mysite

error:
Cannot find installed version of python-django or python3-django
Need some help to get out.
