django-registration + e-mail confirmation

Hello.
I installed django-registration from http://bitbucket.org/ubernostrum/django-registration/downloads.
Unfortunately after sending filled registration form I received 111
error- connection refused. I found somewhere that it may be because of
the wrong server configuration, so I set some values in the
settings.py file:

EMAIL_BACKEND='django.core.mail.backends.smtp.EmailBackend'
EMAIL_FILE_PATH = os.path.join(os.path.dirname(__file__),
'emaildata')
EMAIL_HOST='localhost'
EMAIL_HOST_PASSWORD=''
EMAIL_HOST_USER=''
EMAIL_PORT=25
DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL = "anyemail@anydomain.com"
SERVER_EMAIL = "anyemail@anydomain.com"
EMAIL_SUBJECT_PREFIX='[Django] '
EMAIL_USE_TLS=False
SEND_BROKEN_LINK_EMAILS=True

Unfortunately it doesn't help. What should I change?
