That's easy. Bookmark this page https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/3.2/ (or 4.1 or dev)
The section "First steps" at the top of that page mentions "Tutorial"
Once you have the tutorial working try a small project of your own and perhaps ask the list if you have problems.
