runtests.py fails with ImportError: No module named messages

I am trying to run tests on the trunk (rev 13307) and when I do, I get:

gruszczy@gruszczy-laptop:~/Programy/django/tests$ ./runtests.py
--settings test_sqlite
Traceback (most recent call last):

Am I doing something wrong? How can I diagnoze what is wrong?
