I am loading the PageStyle.css file from a template. The css file is
in the static directory:
Here is base.html that loads PageStyle.css

PageStyle.css" />
</head>
and the appropriate lines from settings.py

MEDIA_URL = 'http://steamboy:8082'
PageStyle.css is set to display Windows Gray 0x808080.
