SVN 1.4 pre-alpha SVN-16709 and psycopg2

in SVN 1.4 pre-alpha SVN-16709 : file /django/db/backends/
postgresql_psycopg2/base.py line 25

what is that?

import psycopg2.Error

this line generate an exception.

If i remove it, everything works just fine.

Why is this SVN version not good?
