lost admin on upgrade to django 1.3

Hello,

I just upgraded to 1.3 and thought all was well until I tried to access LOCALHOST/admin/

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting this exception

Exception Type: TemplateDoesNotExist Exception Value:

admin/login.html

?

Was working fine in the older version.
