context=Context()
    this_is_the_template_object = loader.get_template("main/
start.html")

this_is_the_template_rendered=this_is_the_template_object.render(context)
    return HttpResponse(this_is_the_template_rendered)

What you are feeding HttpResponse is the object rather than the
rendered template.
